I hope this finds you well. Thank you for setting up the move for my Auntie’s things. You were so kind and helpful especially at such short notice. I meant to write earlier but then got busy with dealing with so many other things. I would like to let you know that the movers we had were tremendous. Caine, Wyatt and Mike were kind and very respectful. It was a very difficult day for us emotionally and such a cold day as well but they were just brilliant. Please let them know that I will always be grateful to them for helping us that day.
My move took longer than estimated over the phone by two hours; however, it certainly wasn’t the guys fault, they were workers. Problem was from my third floor apartment to where they were allowed to park the truck at my Fairview building was 1min 45 sec pointed out by Chris. These guys were great and I strongly recommend them. I do recommend also if you can try and get an onsite estimate if possible.
Having never hired movers before I wasn’t sure what to expect. The guys from Eastern Moving called saying they finished two hours early and wondered if they could start my move early. They showed up and put out red carpet through out my house as they walked through to see what was involved in the job. They were in and out in two hours I was so impressed and will hire movers from now on.
My elderly mother had to move into assisted living and because of the pandemic there was no family in NS to help her. I called around and decided to go with Eastern Moving. They seemed to be a more personal and understanding of my situation. While I wasn’t there, my mother thought I had sent some of my friends to move her because they were so friendly and polite. Way to go guys!! Chris ,Kyle and my mother didn’t get the third name.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! Ken, Gage and Jerry saved my day. My original movers I hired refused to do my move without charging an extra $100 for my stairs. I simply could not afford that. I called Eastern Moving Soluutions and Ken explained they had a full day but could try and squeeze me in at the end of the day. He told me to keep calling other movers because he couldn’t give me a time and that he would call when he knew more. I couldn’t find anyone and Ken said they wouldn’t be able to get to me until 7 pm. Which is what they did, god love them after a long day they came in and moved me from my 3rd floor no elevator in Highfield Park to clayton park where the elevator was broken. They never complained once. I will be calling again next time

Well my move started out with a bang…literally. I had a glass insert in my table break when one of the guys (who I won’t name) went to stand it up to get through the door. The head guy took responsibility for the young guy’s mistake and assured they would make everything good. The rest of the move went smoothly and I will definitely use them again in October knowing if anything happens they will go good for it. The glass was replaced the next business day
Good afternoon! Just had the wonderful experience of moving day with Eastern Moving, I will be honest; I used this company twice before so was a little stressed. My stress went away as soon as I recognized two of the guys ~ Chris and Jerry ~ from my previous moves. All three worked from the time they arrived until completed, a total of 6 hours. They were polite and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs! Thank you so much and I will definitely being giving my recommendation.
I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know how thankful Darcy and I are for you re-arranging our move time on Friday. You really saved our bacon. Also, the fellas that helped us move were an amazing crew. I’ve never seen a group of guys so happy to lift heavy things before. They were swift, speedy and total pros. We will definitely recommend Eastern Moving to anyone we know that needs some help moving.
